Shopping online
for food has really taken off in Ireland in the last 2 years. In Dublin
Superquinn and Tesco offer online ordering and home delivery. Outside Dublin
the only major provider of online food and grocery shopping is Tesco.
Delivery is not nationwide - but most of the larger towns and cities have
Tesco online shopping with delivery within about a 10 mile radius of the
shop. Galway, Cork, Limerick, Waterford, Sligo, Naas, Tralee, Clonmel .

Tesco
home delivery charges vary - depending on the day of the week
- weekends are dearer - but it is no more than €8 euro. Tesco
sell a wide range of Irish produce, Fairtrade products and Organic
products as well as Wine and beers.

Superquinn
also offer online shopping - they are not as widespread as Tesco and
only offer deliveries to "most of Dublin and County Dublin (excepting
parts of Dublin city centre), parts of Kildare, parts of Wicklow and
Meath".
The delivery charge is a flat fee of €8.95 per order (or €5 if you
